Physiotherapy
Have you found yourself unable or reluctant to do the activities you used to enjoy because of nagging persistent pain? To live our lives to the utmost, we all deserve to feel our best.

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health.

Massage Therapy
Is the repetitive sport you’re playing or the job you’re performing causing you to experience sore muscles? There is a good chance you may benefit from therapeutic massage therapy.

Personal Training
We know health, we know wellness, and we know fitness. We know how to make you a faster, stronger, and a better athlete.

Manual Therapy
Are you experiencing discomfort as a result of an injury, illness, or surgical procedure? Manual physiotherapy could be the solution to your nagging pain and may be able to assist you in finding relief.

Dry Needling
If you are suffering from pain or dysfunction, you are not alone; more than 50 million adults suffer from chronic pain each year. Thankfully, Dry Needling is available to you for pain relief.

Cupping
Cupping is a type of pain-relieving therapy. Cups are suctioned into the skin during cupping to relieve pain, promote relaxation, enhance blood flow, and reduce inflammation.

IASTM
At InSync Wellness, we use instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) as a manual therapy treatment at our physiotherapy clinic.

Kinesio Taping
Kinesio taping is a form of therapy offered at InSync Wellness to assist in relieving pain, promoting recovery, increasing mobility, improving range of motion, and, most importantly, getting you back to doing the things you enjoy.

Therapeutic Exercise
Are you searching for the best way to decrease your pain symptoms by increasing your physical activity? Therapeutic exercises are a simple and effective way to relieve pain and help you regain your stamina, agility, or flexibility.

Vestibular Therapy
Living with vertigo or dizziness restricts your daily activities and makes it difficult to do even simple tasks without feeling weary. Do you ever feel wobbly or off-balance? Vestibular therapy may be helpful if this is the case.

Pelvic Physiotherapy
The pelvic floor muscles play a surprisingly important role in our daily lives. These muscles support our bladder, bowel, and sexual function and contribute to core stability.

Concussion Management
Concussion therapy is a highly useful tool in supporting recovery from traumatic brain injury.

Orthotics
Have you ever experienced sore feet? As you age your feet will often change. Changes in the shape of your feet, the support of your ligaments, and complications from previous injuries can all cause strain and pain.

Running & Gait Analysis
If you are a runner, and you are looking to improve your technique and form, or if you are struggling with balance issues and looking to improve your gait, you have come to the right place.

Sports Performance
At InSync Wellness, we are dedicated to helping athletes of all levels reach their optimum level of physical performance.

Fall Prevention
Have you ever felt unsteady when you walk and feel as if you might fall? Have you ever tripped and had to catch yourself on a nearby railing or piece of furniture? Are you concerned that a fall could result in an injury?

Ergonomic Evaluations
Discover how you can live more comfortably with ergonomic evaluations.

GLA:D Program
If you’re living with arthritis pain, you know first-hand how much of a negative impact it can have on your overall wellbeing.

Spinal Stenosis Program
Spinal stenosis is a common back pain condition caused from anatomical narrowing of the central and or lateral spinal canals. It tends to affect people as they get older.
Choosing the right treatment
The treatments listed here are tools, not packages. Which ones you receive depends entirely on what the assessment finds — a stiff joint, a weak muscle group, an irritated nerve, a balance system that is not calibrating, or tissue still healing after surgery each call for a different approach.
How treatments combine
Most plans pair hands-on work with active rehabilitation. Manual therapy and soft tissue techniques restore movement and reduce pain in the short term; exercise builds the strength and tolerance that keep it away. Adjunct techniques such as dry needling, cupping, IASTM and taping are used to make that active work possible sooner, not as treatments on their own.
What to expect over a course of care
Your therapist reassesses regularly against the goals you set at the first visit, and adjusts or changes technique when progress stalls. Sessions typically begin closer together and space out as you take over more of the programme yourself. When you no longer need us, we discharge you with a maintenance plan rather than keeping you on the books.
